What is The Zoe’ Writing Life?
In the Worrell translation of the Greek New Testament the following scripture references the Greek word for life as zoe’:
Romans 8:2 – “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”
Zoe’ is the God kind of life, associated with spiritual life, as contrasted with psuche (soulish life) and bios (physical life), alternate words for life also used in the Greek New Testament.
Since the 1990’s, I have viewed my interest in and devotion to writing as a gift and calling from God. For that reason I chose at that time to refer to my “writing life” as the “zoe’ writing life,” a spiritually focused kind of writing life, based on Biblical principles and values.

What is The Zoe’ Artistic Life?
As mentioned above, since I have embarked on a new life-long learning initiative in 2016 to develop my 2-D visual art talents, I have added the complimentary concept of being in a “zoe’ artistic life.”
